Booking & quotes
What do I need to send for a quote?
Use the quote form or call (07) 2140 2377. Tell us your suburb, the rooms or items you want cleaned and anything that needs special attention, like pet spots or stairs. A few photos make the quote more accurate.
What areas do you clean in?
Albany Creek, Strathpine, Eatons Hill, Warner, Cashmere and Bridgeman Downs, plus Joyner, Petrie, Kurwongbah, Lawnton, Bray Park, Brendale, Carseldine, Aspley, McDowall, Everton Hills, Arana Hills, Ferny Hills, Samford Valley, Draper and Dayboro. If you are nearby and not sure, send a quote request and ask.
Who will actually do the cleaning?
Ben, the owner. He quotes the job and does the cleaning himself, so the person you deal with is the person who turns up.
Can I add a couch or rug to a carpet clean?
Yes. Put everything in the one quote request, carpets, lounges, rugs and mattresses, and it can all be done in a single visit.
On the day
How should I get the house ready?
Pick up toys, shoes, cords and anything sitting on the floor. Take breakables off tables and shelves near the areas being cleaned, and keep pets in the yard or a closed room.
Do you move furniture?
Light pieces like chairs and side tables can be moved and put back. Beds, wardrobes, heavy lounges and anything fragile are cleaned around, so mention it if you want a room cleared first.
Can you clean if nobody is home?
For empty houses and move-outs, yes, as long as access is arranged through a lockbox, the agent or a neighbour. For a lived-in home it helps to have someone there at the start to go over the rooms.
Results & care
When can we walk on the carpet again?
You can walk on it carefully in clean socks or bare feet soon after, but drying time depends on the carpet, the weather and how much air is moving through the house. Open windows and fans help a lot.
What if a stain does not come out?
Some marks are not dirt but a change in the fibre itself, such as bleach spots, dye transfer or old urine. These may lighten rather than disappear. Problem spots are looked at before cleaning so you know what to expect.
How can I keep the carpet clean for longer?
Vacuum busy areas often, use mats at outside doors, and blot spills straight away rather than rubbing them. Leaving shoes at the door makes a noticeable difference too.
