Units, townhouses and strata buildings
Strathpine, Bray Park and Lawnton have plenty of units and townhouse complexes. We need to park close enough to run hoses or carry gear to the door, so tell us about visitor parking, lifts, stairs and any building rules when you book.
If the complex needs us to sign in or use a set loading area, let us know and we will plan for it.
Getting the order right
A move-out goes smoother when the carpet is cleaned at the right point.
- All furniture and boxes out of the carpeted rooms
- General clean of walls, kitchen and bathrooms done first
- Carpet cleaned last, with time to dry before the inspection
- Keys or access sorted if you have already moved
Check your lease and the RTA
Some Queensland leases have a carpet cleaning term, and some do not. Read your lease and your entry condition report so you know what is expected. The Residential Tenancies Authority has the current rules if you are unsure.
For property managers and owners
We are happy to deal directly with property managers. Send the address, the number of rooms, the vacate date and how keys will be collected. The invoice can go to you or to the owner, whichever suits.
